Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 weeks for item shipping. 
items will not be shipped Tuesdays or Wednesdays currently due to clinic hours of work. In the summer we avoid shipping candles on a Friday due to staying overnight in vans. Please allow extra time.

If you are ordering Yodeyma perfume please allow more time as some items may need to be ordered as stock levels change frequently.

Our standard shipping rate is £4 for parcels up to 2kg, and £6 for parcels 2-5kg.

Please allow extra time during bank holidays and over the weekend
