Working on the facial muscles we stimulate and create Qi, this relaxes the muscles softening the face and facial features, this also stimulates the muscles to remember where they originate from, lifting back into place, tightening and toning.

Botox freezes muscles. When we don't use a muscle we lose that muscle.
