Usui Reiki Level One Training Course

Usui Reiki Level One is your first step into healing. You will be able to treat yourself as well as friends and family

Reiki is a traditional sacred healing modality which is passed down from master to student. This process is much unchanged as is still as sacred now as it was back in the 1900's when it was rediscovered.

Reiki heals on all 4 levels of existence to bring about balance, harmony and homeostasis.

The Physical - The body and manifested pain

Emotional 

Spiritual

It does this all at the same time with no direction from practitioner or client.

It is the perfect way to help yourself at home to destress, relieve anxiety, depression, addiction and return to your normal happy self. 

In this distant course you will learn:

• The Five Reiki Principles
• What is Reiki
• Attunements and how to prepare for your attunement
• Other uses of Reiki
• Learn how to heal yourself
• How to use Reiki in everyday life 
• The Aura
• The Chakras
• The Body
• How to perform a treatment on your friends and family
• Grounding
• Meditations

An attunement will be prepared for you to all in during meditation. You will be sent a notification on your distant attunement preparation and your manual will be sent out via email.

Once the attunement has been completed you will the be sent your certificate.

Full support will be available to you on an ongoing basis after your course.

When you have experience with Level one Reiki for 3 months you are able to move on up to level 2, in experience most people wait for 12 months to really understand how level one works.

At present this course is brought to you as the traditional process, it is not an accredited course.
